Dr. Richard Poglitsch is proud to offer the DEXIS® digital x-ray system. The DEXIS® technology makes x-ray retrieval safer than ever before. Digital x-rays use up to 90 percent fewer “x-rays” than traditional film systems, exposing patients to a dramatically reduced amount of radiation.
How Does the DEXIS® Digital X-ray System Work?
DEXIS® x-rays are developed and displayed on a computer screen seconds after they are taken, saving both the doctor and patient the usual wait. The image can also be manipulated for easier viewing, allowing for a more accurate diagnosis. DEXIS® technology also makes billing and insurance approval easier and faster, since it enables the digital images to be electronically sent to insurance providers.
